The beginning of preschool summer camp!

Our first theme of the season is ocean explorers so we had a day of ice cream fun which started off by painting our feet and making them into ice cream cones which thy loved painting their feet and seeing it turn into ice cream. The day followed by coloring ice cream papers and eating ice pops while watching a Clifford episode of "Screaming for Ice Cream." Overall it was a fun day especially making the ice cream feet :)

Dr. Seuss

We have done several crafts this week in celebration of Dr. Seuss's Birthday. We have read books and watched a movie about all the different things from Dr. Seuss. My kids love Thing 1 and Thing 2! We made fishes based off the "one fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish" book and made thing 1 and thing 2 out of our hands! We also made a cat in the hat from a paper plate.

President's Day

For President's Day we made a handprint of Abraham Lincoln and a handprint of an eagle. We made hats that said "Happy President's Day" on them and took our pictures. They lived holding the flag while wearing the hat as well!

Children Around The World

We had a theme week on children of the world. We talked about Africa, Mexico, and The Netherlands. We learned about the different children so we made a world displaying all the children that live in different places.
